</->
Here it goes, I’m putting on my smart guy hat to explain to you about fish oil and Docohexaenoic Acid. First off, what is Docohexaenoic Acid? Can it harm you in high qualities? Why do we need Docohexaenoic Acid? First off, Docohexaenoic Acid can also be abbreviated as DHA. So if you see me writing DHA instead of Docohexaenoic Acid you know what I’m talking about. As we evolved through the centuries, we ate lots of seafood. Seafood is high in DHA. Seafood is good for you. I can stop there, but I won’t. Okay, through the years, as we evolved, our brains needed to get bigger so we can fight, eat, gather, you name it in the world. With the help of seafood — i.e. fish oil — we were able to develop these skills. It helped our brain form. So naturally DHA is good for you if it’s found in fish oil. But just how good is docohexaenoic Acid?

Docohexaenoic Acid has been found to help with Alzheimer’s Disease and Alzheimer Anger, it’s helped the effectiveness of chemotherapy during prostrate cancer and it’s helped with lactation for females. Let’s see how we can break this down… Docohexaenoic Acid helps against Alzheimer’s by reducing amyloid plaques. These are still somewhat preliminary as tests are still being done on animals. With chemo, Docohexaenoic Acid has helped in the mouse model, but it has shown the ability to inhibit growth of human colon carcinoma cells. Still tests are being done. DHA has been in baby formula since 2001 as it’s shown to help brain development. The fact that fish oil contains Docohexaenoic Acid is a huge plus for your health.

Quite simply, fish oil pills can help with high blood pressure. It’s well documented all over the web. I wasn’t sure how accurate it was that fish oil pills could reduce high blood pressure until I did the research. Here’s what I found, first the causes of high blood… You’re fat, obese, overweight… whatever you want to call it. Second, you don’t get outside, exercise, etc. You need to exercise to live a healthy life. Ask Jillian from The Biggest Loser. Third, you smoke. Not good for you. Sorry, you should’ve known that already. Third, too mcuh salt in your diet. Again, no shocker here. You smoke, eat high in fat and salt items and watch TV all day? You’re at risk. If this has you stressed out, that’s not good. Stress can also cause high blood pressure. You drink alcohol? Also, a cause. As you get older, your risk goes up. Then there’s the ol’ “it runs in the family.” Genes, what have you done to me. Then in rare instances, it high blood pressure can be caused by kidney disease. Now enters fish oil. Or enter, fish oil. Whichever sounds most dramatic.

Fish oil can reduce your high blood pressure because of the docosahexaenoic acid and eicosapentaenoic acid it contains. Docohexaenoic acid, also known as DHA, has been shown to lower high blood pressure. DHA, or Docohexaenoic acid, is an essential nutrient and it has been shown to cause problems for vegetarians when missing. On another level Docohexaenoic acid is what some researchers feel caused humans to involve. It was thanks to our fish diets as we evolved. Either way, fish oil contains Docohexaenoic acid and it’s important for you to take, as well as helping for you to lower your blood pressure.
