</->
Here it goes, I’m putting on my smart guy hat to explain to you about fish oil and Docohexaenoic Acid. First off, what is Docohexaenoic Acid? Can it harm you in high qualities? Why do we need Docohexaenoic Acid? First off, Docohexaenoic Acid can also be abbreviated as DHA. So if you see me writing DHA instead of Docohexaenoic Acid you know what I’m talking about. As we evolved through the centuries, we ate lots of seafood. Seafood is high in DHA. Seafood is good for you. I can stop there, but I won’t. Okay, through the years, as we evolved, our brains needed to get bigger so we can fight, eat, gather, you name it in the world. With the help of seafood — i.e. fish oil — we were able to develop these skills. It helped our brain form. So naturally DHA is good for you if it’s found in fish oil. But just how good is docohexaenoic Acid?

Docohexaenoic Acid has been found to help with Alzheimer’s Disease and Alzheimer Anger, it’s helped the effectiveness of chemotherapy during prostrate cancer and it’s helped with lactation for females. Let’s see how we can break this down… Docohexaenoic Acid helps against Alzheimer’s by reducing amyloid plaques. These are still somewhat preliminary as tests are still being done on animals. With chemo, Docohexaenoic Acid has helped in the mouse model, but it has shown the ability to inhibit growth of human colon carcinoma cells. Still tests are being done. DHA has been in baby formula since 2001 as it’s shown to help brain development. The fact that fish oil contains Docohexaenoic Acid is a huge plus for your health.

Quite simply, fish oil pills can help with high blood pressure. It’s well documented all over the web. I wasn’t sure how accurate it was that fish oil pills could reduce high blood pressure until I did the research. Here’s what I found, first the causes of high blood… You’re fat, obese, overweight… whatever you want to call it. Second, you don’t get outside, exercise, etc. You need to exercise to live a healthy life. Ask Jillian from The Biggest Loser. Third, you smoke. Not good for you. Sorry, you should’ve known that already. Third, too mcuh salt in your diet. Again, no shocker here. You smoke, eat high in fat and salt items and watch TV all day? You’re at risk. If this has you stressed out, that’s not good. Stress can also cause high blood pressure. You drink alcohol? Also, a cause. As you get older, your risk goes up. Then there’s the ol’ “it runs in the family.” Genes, what have you done to me. Then in rare instances, it high blood pressure can be caused by kidney disease. Now enters fish oil. Or enter, fish oil. Whichever sounds most dramatic.

Fish oil can reduce your high blood pressure because of the docosahexaenoic acid and eicosapentaenoic acid it contains. Docohexaenoic acid, also known as DHA, has been shown to lower high blood pressure. DHA, or Docohexaenoic acid, is an essential nutrient and it has been shown to cause problems for vegetarians when missing. On another level Docohexaenoic acid is what some researchers feel caused humans to involve. It was thanks to our fish diets as we evolved. Either way, fish oil contains Docohexaenoic acid and it’s important for you to take, as well as helping for you to lower your blood pressure.

I’m going to break this down to you simple. This being fish oil benefits. In particular, or specifically, however you wanna say it, Fish Oil benefits for your skin. Or better yet, fish oil benefits your skin. Dry skin — blech! — and hair loss — yuck! — are signs of an omega-3 fatty acid deficiency, guess what fish oil has in it. Go ahead, I’ll wait. Okay, enough waiting, fish oil is an omega-3 supplement. Anti-inflammatories such as omega-3 supplements with their antioxidants help, nay, improve damage done to your skin and hair. Ain’t that grand? You know it is. Fish oil benefits heart, too, but we’re talking about how it benefits your skin right now. It’s better than body creme and body balm.

The fish oil benefits for your skin come down to this, in my mind. (I will say it comes down to this if you’re not a vegetarian. If you’re a vegetarian and want fish oil, it’s a whole different ball game.) Do you wanna look all dry and worn out or do you wanna look all shiny and new? Shiny and new is my choice. Okay, maybe not new, but shiny. Actually, not shiny, just new. Yeah, that’s the ticket. There’s nothing worst then sitting out in the sun for thirty years and then realizing that those sunburns after sunburns weren’t good for your skin. I know how you feel. I was there. I used to go to the beach and try to fry myself up real good like a fish… Which brings us back to the fish oil benefits for your skin. It works.

I already went over fish oil benefits. You already heard me talk about how much I love fish oil. You already heard that fish oil is great for you in many instances. You heard these things already. But what about fish oil side effects? Are there side effects you need to worry about? Is the sky blue? You really should do lots of research when it comes to taking any medicine. You need to know all the side effects for everything. Especially if you’re taking other medicines. How will fish oil react with this other medicine? How will fish oil react with that other medicine? How will fish oil go with this or that? You need to find out all of these things. You need to know exactly what the side effects are for all medicines or vitamins or fish oil. That’s just the way it is. No two ways about it. Fish oil is no different. You have to know the side effects. You have to. Know more than other people about the medicine you are taking. Know what fish oil will do in every situation. Sure this is the fish oil site. This is it, right here. But that doesn’t mean you should stop here about fish oil side effects. Our put together a detox recipe.

Fish oil side effects are especially important if you have diabetes. You run the risk of bleeding. Then there’s some side effects you get from fsh oil like you would just get from fish that includes intaking mercury. Though fish oil supplements contain almost no mercury. Buy from reputable sources, ya know? Fish oil side effects sometimes your stomach. Just do your research. That’s what is important.

I already went over how fish oils benefits heart attacks and how it helps in — fish oil nutrition — and reduces pain fish oil. It makes it helpful to take. Fish oil is great for you! Happy now? Is that what you wanted to hear from me? Okay, what about high blood pressure and fish oil? Well, you probably assumed that if fish oil helps with heart attacks then it can also help with the reduction of blood pressure. You assumed correctly. Sorry, to be smart about fish oil. But this stuff jazzes me up something good. It gives me energy even though it’s said to not give me energy. It excites me. But it lowers my blood pressure. That evens you out, right? Yeah, it’s a stabilizer.

Fish Oil helsp with high blood pressure. Point taken? I hope so, because it does help. The intake of omega-3 fatty acids which fish oil is high in helps reduce blood pressure. That’s what you’re looking at if you take fish oil. That’s another benefit of fish oil. Pretty nifty, huh? Now be careful because you can’t keep taking fish oil until your blood pressure is normal. No, excessive fish oil — just like anything — isn’t good. Say it with me now, too much of anything is not a good thing. Everything in moderation. Fish oil included. Fish oil will bring down your blood pressure to normal levels but it needs to be taken with some qualified physician giving advice. You don’t just start taking stuff with talking to a doctor, ok? But fish oil and high blood pressure are said to work hand in hand now do some more research.

You wanna take fish oil to prevent heart attacks? Okay, actually, I should say, you wanna prevent heart attacks and you’re trying to figure out if fish oil is something you should take to prevent them. First, we need to back up. How did fish oil even get discovered? I mean, besides being in fish. Why did anyone even think fish oil was worthwhile? Have you see how long Japanese people live and how healthy they are? Large studies have shown that if you eat fish regularly it aids in your health and especially with heart attacks. Eating fish is good for you. That’s what doctors figured out. They said, more or less, “Hey, fish is good for you, so what if you don’t eat fish is there a way to get the healthy-ness of fish with out eating it?” Maybe they didn’t say healthy-ness, but you get the idea. Fish oil is the by-product of realizing that eating fish is good for you. And especially good to prevent heart attacks. Large sections of the world that eat fish regularly suffer from a lot fewer heart attacks. And that is the facts, fish oil reduces heart attacks.

Fish oil reduces heart attacks because it helps with imrpoving blood vessel functions. Fish oil also helps with reducing blood triglyceride levels. Similarly to the benefits of niacin, it helps improve the good cholesterol (HDL, that’s high-density lipoprotein) and reduce the bad cholesterol (LDL, that’s low-density lipoprotein); this helps cut back on the risk of heart disease, as well.

When taking anything during pregnancy, it’s very important to consult with a physician and multiple qualified resources. This site is not a qualified resource. This is just relaying information found from other places. But I did find some great information about the benefits of fish oil during pregnancy. Fish oil’s benefits during pregnancy are great and immense. DHA, fish oil, when taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding mothers may reduce the body mass index of infants. And fish oil is shown to help with immune system for infants.

In my opinion, lots more research is needed for how fish oil affects pregnant mothers and infants. Studies, thus far, have shown that immune system is aided and the body mass index of infants is reduced. Scientists are still researching how fish oil may affect unborn babies, inparticular their growth. Thus far, supplements of fish oil have not affected babies head size. What does all of this mean? Should you take fish oil if you’re preganant? I think it’s far too early to risk ingestion. But if you’re just breastfeeding then you mgith feel it’s okay to take fish oil. And it might be, but maybe it’s best to abstain from fish oil while breastfeeding? I’m not sure. The benefits of fish oil during pregnancy is something that all scientists have been working round the clock on to try and understand better. Better as in is it healthy? Fish oil, that is. For pregnant women or those breastfeeding. In the end, be careful. That’s what’s important.

Some of the benefits to see fish oil reduce pain have been covered already in the last post. Now we’re going to go over some fish oil benefits for nutrition. Listen, everyone wants to be healthy. Am I right? Or am I right-right? Or right-right-right? Of course, I’m right-right-right. The best thing about fish oil is — it doesn’t taste gross? — no, that’s not the best thing. The best thing about fish oil’s benefits is it makes you healthy in sorts of ways. There’s no end to its benefits in those sweet, sweet omega-3 fatty acid supplements. One of the huge benefits is its believed to be a great source of nutrition for Crohn’s disease patients. Personally, I don’t suffer from Crohn’s disease but I do have a friend that does. I wonder if he takes fish oil. Anyway, fish oil also benefits those who need to be tube fed.

DHA, which is also fish oil, has be found to be a great source of nutrition for pregnant women. “Research shows that fish oil supplementation from the 22nd week of pregnancy until delivery improves the amount of n-3 LC-PUFA in the fetus and the mother,” that’s straight from the Mayo Clinic. A great source for fish oil information. You don’t need to take advantage of fish oil, but why wouldn’t you? If you know the benefits of fish oil can make you healthy then you’re doing yourself a disservice if you don’t take fish oil, right? The nutrition of fish oil is a reason enough to take fish oil, but the benefits don’t end there. Fish oil is also rich with nutrients including omega-3 which has been proven to promote good hair growth and beautiful skin.

In this post I’ll talk a bit about the great fish oil and how it can reduce pain. Reducing pain in your joints from arthritis and prostatitis, this is what fish oil can do for you. Who doesn’t want their pain reduced? Not me. I can’t imagine anyone. Reducing pain by either doing nothing and floating in a tide pool of hot bubbles or taking fish oil. Well, sure, I’d rather lie in the hot tub just like all of you. But it’s not a possibility for lots of people, so you have to take fish oil.

Fish Oil helps reduce pain in your joints because a study shows an intake of omega-6 fatty acids helps reduce inflammation. It can help ease pain in your neck, shoulders and back pain. Back pain is the worst. Sometimes back pain can be so bad that you can’t sleep at night. I’d much rather take some fish oil pills or supplements then suffer from back pain. The fish oil benefits that help reduce pain is enough for me to take fish oil, but this isn’t where the benefits end. I’ll be back later with more fish oil benefits.
