Is that what you wanted to hear from me? Okay, what about high blood pressure and fish oil? Well, you probably assumed that if fish oil helps with heart attacks then it can also help with the reduction of blood pressure. You assumed correctly.  Sorry, to be smart about fish oil. But this stuff jazzes me up something good. It gives me energy even though it’s said to not give me energy. It excites me. But it lowers my blood pressure. That evens you out, right? Yeah, it’s a stabilizer.

Fish Oil helsp with high blood pressure. Point taken? I hope so, because it does help. The intake of omega-3 fatty acids which fish oil is high in helps reduce blood pressure. That’s what you’re looking at if you take fish oil. That’s another benefit of fish oil. Pretty nifty, huh? Now be careful because you can’t keep taking fish oil until your blood pressure is normal. No, excessive fish oil — just like anything — isn’t good. Say it with me now, too much of anything is not a good thing. Everything in moderation. Fish oil included. Fish oil will bring down your blood pressure to normal levels but it needs to be taken with some qualified physician giving advice. You don’t just start taking stuff with talking to a doctor, ok?
